Leading the Way in Spokane
CHAS Behavioral Health Center, our region’s first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), includes patients in the design and delivery of services and provides wrap-around care, regardless of ability to pay. We envision the CHAS Behavioral Health Center as a leader of behavioral health wellness by enhancing awareness, understanding, and treatment of behavioral health for individuals and the broader community.
Behavioral Health, Primary Care & Pharmacy
The CHAS Behavioral Health Center focuses on behavioral health, with primary care and pharmacy offered onsite as additional services to support whole person health. The Center provides specialized care for behavioral health conditions as well as care coordination, Peer Support services, targeted case management, and other collaborative care. We welcome patients with private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, as well as uninsured self-pay individuals and families. Our sliding fee applies not just to behavioral health services, but medical services as well. Prescription assistance is also available for those who qualify.
Patients may select from a menu of care options to customize their treatment and achieve stable behavioral health. Services are available for adults, children, and families. Substance use programming is also available.
Patient Rights
Our patients’ care is of the utmost importance to us, in fact, it’s at the center of our core values. If you have had an issue with your care, we would like to hear about it. Call our Quality Improvement Department at 509.444.8888 to share your feedback.
You also have the right to review your clinical records with a CHAS Health administrator or designee. Please ask a member of our staff if you wish to do so. If you feel your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint to the Washington Department of Health (DOH) at 306.236.2620 or hsqacomplaintintake@doh.wa.gov.
